Wear sunscreen regularly. Use at leat an SPF 15 on both the face and body. SPFs are beneficial to your skin, especially when you are at the pool, beach, or if you have sun-sensitive skin.
Adjust you moisturizer as the seasons change. In the summer you may need to use a lighter moisturizer.
Cleanse you face twice a day to remove, dirt, grime, and pollution that are found in the summer. The sun is responsibe for at least 80% of the airborne free radicals that can age your skin prematurely.
After bathing or showering apply lotion liberally - even on your feet!
Change your foundation color to accentuate your summer glow.
Bath and shower more frequently in the summer. Protect you skin with a moisturizing bath or shower gel.
