Non-Toxic Stain Remover

Many cleansers contain chlorine which is the chemical most frequently involved in household poisonings. It is also a potent environmental pollutant. Chlorine is part of a class of chemical compounds that may cause reproductive, endocrine, and immune system disorders. Chlorine mixed with ammonia can generate toxic chloramine gas and should never be mixed together. Chlorine also degrades natural and synthetic fibers.

To Use Non-Toxic Stain Remover

Simply dissolve in warm water and use within six hours.
Don't let it touch wet fabric.
Check fabric label instructions.
To test for colorfastness, apply a solution of 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in 2 cups hot (not boiling) water to a hidden area. If color doesn't bleed or fade, proceed with use.

Medium Loads:
Use 1/2 scoop (1 tablespoon) with detergent.

Large Loads:
Use 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) with detergent.

General Stains:
Use 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) per 16 oz. water. For water soluble upholstery fabrics and surfaces, put right on stain. Wait 1-5 minutes. Blot with towel. Repeat if necessary. Rinse well. Let dry.

Carpet Spot Removal:
Use 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) per 16 oz. water. Blot out extra liquid before treating stains and use only enough solution to saturate. Wait 1-5 minutes. Blot up with a white towel. Repeat if necessary. Rinse well. Let dry. Vacuum.

Unfinished Wood, Lawn Furniture & Linoleum:
Use 2-4 scoops (4-8 tablespoons) per gallon of water. Pour solution on surface, or sponge on. Wait 5-30 minutes. Scrub if needed. Rinse well with water. Don't allow solution to dry on the surface.
